    Hey Lisa! <3 Nice to see this thread still going strong :) I've had another sift through my friends list, quite a few not active so room for some new mfp's. I'm Elaine, I'm in the East Mids, lost 1st 4lb so far but got at least another 20lb to go.

    I'm a sacrcastic little thing.... Mainly I lift heavy stuff... One day, i may merge into the dark side, and try this "Cardio" thing i've heard so much about...
