Hi there!

My name is Kristen. Im not really new to MFP but im coming back with a new attitude. I joined a gym today and im ready to lose all this horrible weight ive gained. Im embarraseed to say ive doubled my weight since before my 1st child. 5 kids later and im ready. Ive been eating pretty well the last week and hoping i can get even better as the weeks go!! Any advice/tips would be so great!
