Started my diet and really wanted a close calorie count and found this wonderful app and community. Awesome!

Me - I fell apart, really bad. Too much work and stress and just stupid eating. I am currently at 195 and aiming for 165. I will be shooting for 6 high protein small meals a day coupled with cardio and weight training.
