Hi everyone!!
It seems like we are pretty much all here for the same reason. With that we all need to be positive and encourage each other!! remember it's the little things that count! So take the stairs instead of the elevator, eat a sweet clementine or an apple with PB instead of a chocolate bar, and squeeze in time to do any type of exercise! Heck even when your watching tv! Rather than just sitting on the couch- get up and do some stretches or a wall sit during one commercial, sit ups until the show comes back on, anything! It's the little things people we got this!!!!

Too focused....relax...just on MFP seven days and lost three pounds....no biscuits, no chocolate, no cheese :-(0
