I'm started trying to eat as clean as possible. I'm looking for some MFP friends that are doing the same and have open diaries to share meal ideas. Feel free to add me please!!!

I usually eat at least 1 meal dirty every day.... Usually dinner as I eat it after training and I'm usually sweaty. Sorry.0

I try to eat nutrient-rich meals and cook from home (although I buy lunch a lot, from places that make food similar to what I would). My personal goal is not cleanliness (other than, you know, physically), as I don't know what that means and it suggests black and white thinking to me, which is something I am unfortunately too prone to, so try to avoid (popcorn is not "bad" or "unclean"). (Although also around here I somehow acquired organic, non GMO popping corn that is, of course, locally sourced. LOL! Need to make this soon, I love popcorn.)
Uh, anyway, I tend to make breakfast and dinner, as well as lunch off and on. I also (for my own reasons) like to support local farms and like season produce, so I get most of my veg from local farms between May and November, and I get my meat (other than fish) and eggs from local farms all year round (and I eat lots of veg). I also happily supplement with other foods -- out of season and frozen veg, canned tomatoes, smoked salmon, frozen fish (or frozen and thawed fish, which is all that is realistically available unfrozen where I am), polenta from TJ, dried pasta, dried beans and lentils, cottage cheese, Fage plain greek yogurt, steel cut oats, delicious local restaurants (planning to go here this weekend, which is always interesting: http://a10hydepark.com/food/), so on. I also will eat ice cream or gelato (only delicious ones) and high quality chocolate and other sweets as they fit in my diet (by which I mean way I eat + appropriate calorie limit).
If this counts as "clean" or is otherwise of interest (although I kind of assume it is not -- I did not give up anything, so everything I log must be tainted), I just started logging again yesterday. But if you go back to 2014 or the early part of 2015 I logged regularly. I usually (not always) don't bother creating recipes but merely list the various ingredients in what I eat, so they may be confusing or seem weird. I tend to eat multiple kinds of veg at every meal and sometimes they are combined, sometimes not, mostly you have to ask me to know. That said, you might get some ideas. Everything I eat I think is delicious (well, unless it's a recipe fail, not that common and sometimes I note it--if it is labeled "lemurcat's boring X, don't bother). I unfortunately don't bother logging spices, herbs, or garlic, so will say: consider adding them to any meal.0
