Hi! :) So I am not new to MFP nor am I an expert, I have lost about 30 lbs with it, then when I moved back home to Canada (just before christmas) I regained a lot of weight. Like 15 lbs. So I have to start again and continue on this journey. I am hoping to becoming fit enough to apply for the police so I really need to get my butt into gear! Hope to make some more friends on here :) I need to still lose about 50 more lbs and hope to do it by 2017. What are your goals? :)
