Name the artist and song that gets you in the zone at the gym?

One of mine is an oldie but a goodie but when it comes on in spin my heart rate is at the max. Salt and Peppa Push It. What's yours?

Depends on what "zone" I'm ready to be in. I do enjoy Contemporary Christian/worship music for the whole session, though. To warm up, I like the beat of Casting Crowns' "Voice of Truth." There's nothing like MercyMe's "Move" to get my heart/blood pumping, and the beat and moral of/idea behind Third Day's "Let Me Love You" is so relaxing to cool down with.

Anything slipkot. I workout at home so very loud, banging weights and grunting something you can't do at a gym...lol

Depends on the workout, but if I'm running, I really like Head Sprung by LL Cool J to be on the playlist. If I'm poling, I want songs that have a swell to them, like Chandelier by Sia.

Depends. My playlist for running has upbeat country but weight lifting I tend to lean towards metal
