So , every time I go to the gym , I see people with bottles of water filled with these powders. I see people fill them up at the water fountain and they smell so sweet and good . I know it's some type of formula to help you in some way but I don't know what it really is . What's a good powder to mix with water during a workout . I'm loosing weight right now * lost 10 so far * 50 more pounds to go .

If could either be protein powder or carb/ glucose powder. My guess is that it's glucose powder. Its just sugar water really- for energy. Not necessary imo, especially if you are aiming to lose weight.0

It's definitely not necessary in any way, but you may drink some if you find it helps you.0

Yes - BCAA (Branched Chain Amino Acids) most likely. Helps protect from muscle loss. Good idea.0
