Working away and eating out

Does anyone here regularly work away and how do you ensure you eat well / log calories accurate.

I work in London upto 5 days a week so that used to be 3-4 nights out with an average of 5-6 pints. Then dinner typically curry, pizza, steak or pub food.

I've cut the drinking back and have switched to vodka when I need to drink.

Pizza express / Nandos is ok cos you can track their calories easily but everyone else doesn't want to eat their all time or sometimes I'm just too late out and have to eat at hotel etc.

This is where I'm struggling!
