Help needed.
I went from eating whatever to only eating 1600 calories a day. Am I taking to fast?? I fell so starved.

Volumetrics. Eat foods that are low cal, but high volume. Such as veggies and fruit. Soups are good too. Drink more water. Exercise. Make sure your deficit is only 500 or 250 calories a day.0

Volumetrics. I have been following that and never knew.
Big salads, foods high in whole grains, high fiber, lots of veggies, good fats.
