Hello
I was looking for some food items for the busy times
I came up with few ideas
It included Atkins meal bars
I don't do these types of diet but the meals look feasible for anyone
Ive never tried them before but they look yummy ,healthy ready meals
These bars are high in protein and fibers
I found out they're high in fat also

What do you think?
Also, if you have ideas about ready to go meals and snacks you can share them :)

They are handy. You can give them a try.

There's no sugar in them at all. That's pretty bad. Granted, the only sugar that they would include in those would be refined *kitten*, so I guess that's a good thing.

Cliff, Luna, Larabar, and Kind make much healthier bars. You could also make your own. It's not difficult. Then you'd know exactly what you're putting into them. I used to use a cheap *kitten* food chopper to make mine. Definitely not my favorite time of the day but I got it done.

Instead of relying on these things, you should just eat fruit. It's nature's take away food. Bananas, apples, mangoes...the possibilities are endless!

Not poison, but I prefer real food.

Stay away! The sugar alcohols will wreck havoc on your digestive system!!!

To me they are just a snack after the gym...I have the granola chocolate or a builder bar mint/chocolate.

They are fine but I wouldn't use to replace a meal unless I was travelling and I want to make sure I was not skipping a meal.
