With the lack of attention to my diet and over indulgence I have found myself at over 30 pounds heavier than what I was 5 years ago. I have been exercising consistently but that no longer is going to cut it. With my blood pressure slightly higher than it should be for the first time in my life and my cholesterol level as well I figured that taking my weight seriously is a priority.
