My current weight: 251 pounds (114KG)
Age: 24
I am really fed up of this weight so for burning more calories i am walking daily 12+ miles per day. I can not run because my legs hurt so much. I choose walk to burn maximum calories i walk daily 3+ hours.
Mapmywalk is showing calories i burnt are 1800+? Is this true or not?

Should I do this much cardio or not? My legs becoming so skinny but my belly fat are not showing much improvement?

Weight loss is done in the kitchen and exercise is for health. If you have to spend three hours walking everyday, go for it. But too much of a good thing can be bad too.

I use the MapMy apps too (primarily biking-MapMyRide), but I find they terribly overestimate calorie burns...by at least a factor of 2.

My general rule of thumb is about 100 calories per mile when I run, and about 50 calories per mile when I walk or bike. You weigh more than I, so your numbers are probably somewhat higher. It also depends a lot on the terrain. But I would say somewhere in the 600-900 calorie range is probably a more reasonable estimate for 3 hours of walking (12 miles).

But as queenliz pointed out, all the walking in the world probably isn't going to do it alone. You'll need to get your diet in check too.
