Crockpot freezer bag meals

Does anyone have recipes for me to cut, chop and put in freezer bags to be able the following week put into a crockpot for dinner that evening when we get home? I find suggestions on line but not how much seasoning and ingredients and any liquid. I thought if I could get about 10 dinners, I would double them to make 20 and maybe make single serving for my mom who is 80 and trying to lose those last 5 pounds.
