Hi. I'm 46 years old, recently divorced from my high school sweetheart. I joined a gym and I'm doing weight machines 3X/week and aqua aerobics 2X/week. I just setup my fitbit. I hope to make some accountability friends. Also hope to find some healthy recipes for one person. Still learning MyFitnessPal and Fitbit.
