    Wow, that's incredible! You look beautiful in both your before and after pictures, but your smile in your after pictures makes me so happy for you. I started out at 375 a couple of weeks ago, and I'm down a little over 10 pounds so far. Seeing this was super motivational for me, so thank you! Congratulations on your journey so far!

    You lost that much in a year?? That's how much have to lose round about. I always thought that this journey would take me years to lose the weight, but as a teen/adult, I haven't lost more than 10-15 lbs at a time.
