I am do work out. I burn about 600 to 700 calories a day. I would say I am fit too. I am 6'0 and weigh around 178. I want to tone up in the mid section and lose some more weight. What times should I take the supplement and how long before I eat. I just started taking it yesterday. I take two in the morning and two around five o'clock.

Most of the well known supplements do have a positive effect in clinical trials, but in the real world? For you and me and everyone else? It doesn't really make a difference.

The only supplements I can say I notice a difference with are ECA stacks and pre-workout supplements. Even the almighty creatine doesn't produce any detectable improvement. That doesn't mean there isn't one. Just that the improvement is small enough as to be unnoticeable. This includes CLA.
