Frozen shoulder anyone?

I've had a frozen shoulder since March last year (confirmed by MRI).

I've had numerous physio sessions and do the exercises he's given me, using a resistance band.

Fortunately, it doesn't impact on my running but I can't do push ups, planks or bench presses any more and the muscles are deteriorating.

How long did your frozen shoulder last?

Took me about a year physio helped and the bands but do nothing to exacerbate it during recovery no swimming push up plank boxing etc

Thanks for letting me know. Not much chance of swimming with this arm. No more than a dog paddle. As my kids say, it sucks.

Yeah, had a frozen shoulder about 18 months ago. It took about a year before I got full movement back. I had physio twice a week and did all the exercises and used resistance bands.

The only way it impacted on my running was I had terrible trouble getting my training bra on and off (sorry, probably TMI there  )
