Hi guys
My name is raeesa.
I recently started to work out after being depressed for a week about my body starting to gain weight around my hips and tummy. It really makes me feel terrible and uncomfortable. I would really like to lose it. Does anyone have any workouts that really worked for them and helped them lose it?

You just need to drop overall body fat by eating less calories than you burn. It's the only way.0

Plug your stats & goal into MFP, eat what it says. Use a food scale to accurately measure portions.

You want to eat the majority of your food from nutrient density sources for overall health, but for weight loss, it doesn't matter at all what you eat as long as you're in a caloric deficit, but you can possibly loose a bit of muscle. If you want the weight to be primarily fat loss, then you need to pay more attention to your macros, specifically protein. Eat a high protein diet, >0.6g protein per pound of body weight per day and you also must include a resistance training routine into your lifestyle.0 -
