Hello everyone,
Am learning to record my food..love the scan option.
Figuring out how to keep active in subzero weather... Looking to invest in a piece of exercise equipment

    Wisconsite here as well. Just glad we are coming out of the polar vortex.

    I guess simplest advice is eat less, move more. If possible, grab yourself a cheap food scale to get the most accurate logging. And keep focused on the fact that warm weather is only like 5 months away! :lol:

    Visit a local gym, see if u can get a day pass and try out their different equipment options, that may help you choose what to purchase. Maybe find somewhere to walk indoors, the mall? Local gyms usually have a walking track and sometimes you don't have to have a full membership to just use it. Good luck!!!

    I walk in place in my house while I am watching tv. Helps me get my daily steps in (love my fitness band!). It's pretty darn cold here in Ohio too so walking outside it not an option for me either. :smile:
