How does one go about logging exercise, Working in a restaurant you know your on your feet and you walk and carry and move and sweat during the long shifts.
So with that said how can we log it.

That should be included in your daily activity level when you set up your account, not logged separately as exercise.0 -
Yup, that definitely forms part of your daily activity level.0

Do you work full time or part time and how busy? And what's your activity like on days you don't work? This should tell you your activity level. Ie: I work part 3 days a week fairly busy restaurant 1 shift can be 8k-20k steps depending on my table locations, rest of the week I'm semi sedentary because I'm a full time student, my average step count equals about 9k steps a day. This adds up to lightly active.0
