You're a bit low on protein...why not have a hard boiled egg or something? Protein smoothie?

Keep your carbs and protein and swap out sugar or sodium, maybe even fiber for fat. As long as you don't have a medical reason to track sugar, that would be the one I would pick to swap first (I track mine now because I'm having a little issue that may be related and I already know I get a crap ton of fiber).0
