263 calories remaining, 9pm, feeling content, should i eat or just let the calories go?

i could go to bed without eating, i feel good. :)
is that okay, or should i eat and get closer to my goal?

    You're a bit low on protein...why not have a hard boiled egg or something? Protein smoothie?

    May I ask why you don't track fat? It is a very important macronutrient

    Keep your carbs and protein and swap out sugar or sodium, maybe even fiber for fat. As long as you don't have a medical reason to track sugar, that would be the one I would pick to swap first (I track mine now because I'm having a little issue that may be related and I already know I get a crap ton of fiber).

    I see you're male. Men are supposed to eat at least 1500 calories per day.
