Hi everyone! I'm new to this app. Trying to go from 161lbs to 141lbs by April 2016. I'm a 42yr female with belly fat. Any suggestions would be appreciated as to what is the best exercise or diet plan.

A calorie deficit is needed and exercise is whatever gets you moving or whatever you enjoy. Weight loss happens in the kitchen and exercise is for health.

You need both! But the key focus is diet. I learned the hard way that you can't out-exercise pizza and craft beer!0
