    Everyday there is a new miracle weight loss pill, how do you find out about these things? Maybe I'm not cool enough, I'm always the last to hear about a certain pill or detox. Meh. Anyways there is no magic pill that will make you lose weight, jump start your metabolism or flush your fat. It's good old fashion hard work, caloric deficit and patience.

    They Shred your wallet of money. No pill works without a calorie deficit. And there are no such things as "fat burning" pills on supplement lines. Most are just stimulant based proprietary blends that just hype you up some.
