I lift an approx 30lb 18 Month old off and on all day long with my Daughter. I clean house and constantly moving and do Squats, Planks, and small Leg exercises. I suffer from medical issues that causes me to have metal hardware in my neck and back and suffer from Fibromyalgia and Chronic Pain.
How do I calculate calories burned for the small exercises I do, general housework, and lifting a 30 lb toddler?

Pretty much all of that is already accounted for in your activity level. You may find that you are 'lightly active' based on your description. You could start there, and see if you maintain or lose as expected.0
