Hi everyone, I'm brand new to the site. I was using another site before I found this one. Down 15lbs on the other but decided to start fresh here. Much fuller list of foods :) I'm a 25 year old mother of 2 and just want to be healthy for them and show them a life of hiking, biking, kayaking and other outdoor activity rather than a life of McDonalds, video games and early onset diabetes.

    Welcome!! I am right there with you, so far both of my children love to be outside and to tell you the truth I don't think have ever played video games and they eat really good, neither of them really like fast food. So I figured I need to do something before I changed they way they are with my bad habits. You will love this site, so easy to use and everyone is very nice!!! Best of Luck!
