Stretching oats?

Options
Can I somehow increase the volume of one serving of rolled oats without it being too watery? If so, how? Suggestions that won't increase the calories too dramatically are welcome. :)

    Are you using rolled oats? The instant kind is not filling.
    You can add one or two egg whites for more protein without many calories.

    I put protein powder and flax seed in mine. It adds a few calories, but leaves me much more satisfied for longer.

    If you want you can make a tiny pack fill a huge huge bowl.

    I put small pack in bowl add like 1 cup water (suppose to add half a cup), microwave for like 3-5 minutes (make sure doesnt boil over), put in freezer to cool down, then add more water (if it plumped up) and microwave another 2 minutes. It fluffs up and makes a HUGE bowl.
