Stretching oats?

Can I somehow increase the volume of one serving of rolled oats without it being too watery? If so, how? Suggestions that won't increase the calories too dramatically are welcome.

Are you using rolled oats? The instant kind is not filling.
You can add one or two egg whites for more protein without many calories.0 -
Egg whites and/or grated zucchini (zoats)0

@arditarose would be perfect for this. She adds zucchini and makes zoats.0

I put protein powder and flax seed in mine. It adds a few calories, but leaves me much more satisfied for longer.0

If you want you can make a tiny pack fill a huge huge bowl.
I put small pack in bowl add like 1 cup water (suppose to add half a cup), microwave for like 3-5 minutes (make sure doesnt boil over), put in freezer to cool down, then add more water (if it plumped up) and microwave another 2 minutes. It fluffs up and makes a HUGE bowl.
This works too
