after having eaten a meal....how long do i have to wait to start my cardio exercise...for example do i have to wait 1 hour or 2??

    i tend to wait until i know i wont throw it back up - usually an hour. I dont think its like swimming though - you can have a pre-workout snack and run straight away

    It does not really matter I think, just whenever you know you wont feel any negative effects from it. A lot of people eat right before, and some prefer to exercise on an empty stomach. Everyone is different in this regard I think. It may be more important what you are eating vs when

    You will need to experiment for yourself, it varies. For me I don't try to workout for a couple hours after eating a meal. Snacks aren't an issue for me and in fact sometimes I snack during a hike, bike, or run.
