Why am I gaining whaght?

Ok. Uh... I don't know why. I think it's not the calories. I've been exercising.

i don't know, but you may well be gaining weight from eating too much or water retention if you're new to exercise?0

It's always the calories. Your metabolism might be slower than MFP suggests and you probably have to cut some more. Cardio only accounts for 300-500 calories tops for an average person. You'd have to do hours and hours of cardio just to lose a single pound of fat. Focus on your diet more.0

I second what muscleandbeard said, for weight loss you have to look at diet and not just exercise. If you are logging your food, and it says you are meeting your goal and you still havent lost weight despite you logging for a couple weeks ,consider that you may not be logging calories as accurately than you think. You might need to start weighing your food if that's the case.0

You could spend 8 hours a day in the gym 7 days a week, but if your calories in (Food) are greater than your calories out (exercise) you will gain weight. Weight loss starts in the kitchen0
