Very new to this ( and all social media). I have a breakfast smoothie I put the recipe in for, but often I leave out the banana (too constipation for me). Us there a quick way to modify and rename a recipe. Keeping the original?? Thanks!!

You could just remove the banana from the recipe, then just add the banana manually using the regular method every time you eat it.

Once you select the recipe in the Filters Menu "Recipe and Foods" there will be a pencil icon at the top write, this opens up checkboxes for the ingredients, from there you can select to change the amount or remove.

You can't duplicate a Recipe; you can only edit the name and ingredients. You would have to create a separate Recipe for each particular smoothie.

For meals that might change frequently, such as your smoothie example, I suggest you use the My Meals feature.

Pick an empty Meal slot, add all of your potential smoothie ingredients. Click Quick Tools > Remember meal (Web version) or More > Save Meal (Android version). Give it a name. Next time you have a smoothie, add the My Meal to your Meal slot (such as Breakfast), then edit any individual quantities or delete items you did not use.
