Anyone read Michael Matthews books?

Hi all

I have just bought two Michael Matthews books- Thinner Leaner Stronger, and The Shredded Chef.

Has anyone else come across these or any of his other books?

TLS- Its not a huge book but its full of useful advice about nutrition and exercise (this is the women's version , men's is Bigger Leaner Stronger I think). I just like his straight forward no nonsense writing.


The shredded chef also looks good although no pictures of food, just recipes.
I'm starting from Monday, my short term goal is for a holiday in 10 weeks time but long term I need to change my eating habits and hoping this will help get me on the right track.

    I've also just bought the books, haven't yet received the Shredded chef yet though, hoping i'll be bale to stick to it all, I'm waiting for my other half to get back from france so he can spot me in the gym as I've never tried weight lifting before. Have you started yet? if so how are you finding it?
