Yikes! That is how much more weight I need to lose to be healthy! I am looking for support and motivation along the way. I am really looking for those who are also looking to lose 100+ pounds as well. However, even if you only want to lose 1 pound or just trying to maintain your weight and health, motivation and support are always welcome and I would never deny a friends request.

Although it is too daunting to figure out how much I need to lose to be healthy...I have made a goal to lose 100 pounds in 2016 and will take and give as much support as needed.

I lost 275 pounds (410 to 135) and have also made a lot of other extreme changes- if I can do this, YOU can too!!

I also have over 100+ lbs to lose. I have lost 13lbs..feeling very ick today. I am trying to get back to doing this. I started in Sept and lost 13lbs by my 2 month mark, then I decided to just not worry about what I was eating on Thanksgiving. HUGE MISTAKE! Since then I have been struggling to stay at a deficit and workout. It was like one day I let loose and I stopped being motivated. I know I need to force myself to do it again and stick with it but I am having a hell of a time finding the motivation I had in Sept. I would like to be friends. :-)0
