Where is a good thread for this? I'm trying to lose belly fat while also getting enough protein and retaining muscle.

I would search the forum, or someone else may be able to put his or her hands on a good thread. Anyone will tell you that the only way to lose belly fat is to continue to lose weight.0

Fat typically comes off all your body, it is difficult to target certain parts such as your belly. Use Fitness Pal to track your calorie intake and do cardio to burn the fat. It will come off.
Google StrongLifts 5x5 and Starting Strength for two great beginner programs. Strength training is key to keeping your muscle and looking good when the fat burns away.0
