Increasing my Goal Calories ! yikes!

So for a few weeks I've been eating to little. Results have been good but i fear i'm on a path to a screwed up metabolism. All my research tells me I should be at 1500 to 1700ish to lose a pound or so a week.
I'm setting my new Goal to 1600 calories/day. Hope that works.

Good Luck! Don't be afraid of the increase, just keep track and reassess after 3-4 weeks!0

Your metabolism isn't an object it won't break. Just eat at what's comfortable and aim for no more than 2# per week loss or a 1500 cal min.0
