Im taking in only about 900 calories a day (lot of fruits & vegetable. Mainly water and lemon water). What is a good amount of calories I need to lose to lose the weight?

The bare minimum you should be eating is 1200 (for a female, more for a male). Please give us your current height, weight, and age. =)

Really? 900 calories from food and you want to add exercise into it too? A good thing to do would be to add 300-500 calories into your diet.

Your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) set to Sedentary is 1838 calories/day, this is what you would eat to maintain your current weight. So provided you eat less than 1838, you will lose weight.

Your estimated BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) is: 1,448 calories/day This is how many calories you need to have to run your body if it was in a coma. It is not recommended to eat below your current BMR when losing weight.

Please consider eating 1450 calories a day + eat whatever you burn during exercise to maintain this safe deficit.

You can include cooking with more olive oil, adding avocado to nearly everything and eating nuts as a snack, all these things will increase your calories without making you feel much fuller and none of them are dairy or meat.
