Hey
I've been trying to lose weight for about 5 days now.
My starting weight was around 94kg and im hoping to get to 75kg.
I haven't weighed myself since as do not have any scales.
Every day I have been walking 3.4km however yesterday I walked double that,
So hopefully I will start doing that now.
I have been having a handful of porridge, some honey and banana for breakfast every morning.
Lite cruskits with tomato for lunch, and veggies with some sort of meat for tea,
Yesterday I had scrambled eggs with spring onion though haha.
I have been eating weight watchers bars or fruit for snacks.
Been drinking 2L of water every day.
Avoiding all junk food like chocolate, chips etc.
Im not sure what else I should really do.
Does that sound okay?

remember to have some of your fave junk food every so often. not eating it at all can make it very hard to stay on your healthy new regime, and it's boring, life is all about variety, some varieties are just best left rarely touched.
just have a small bit like a small bar of chocolate as a treat once a week, it's not going to set you back if you are realistic and honest about what you eat and how often.
when you do eat 'bad' stuff make sure it's the good bad stuff, chips (i assume you mean crisps like lays or walkers) that are just potato and salt and vinegar (rather than mega processed yuck with heaps of chemical additives and preservatives, salt is a preservative it shouldn't need anything else on it), the natural confectionary company sweets (or similar), 70% cocoa chocolate (Lindt etc). don't eat the rubbish stuff, eat the good stuff and savour it.
walking is goodhousework is also exercise so don't discount that
washing the car, gardening too!
don't eat too many weight watchers bars, try to bet as much of your food from proper food. Make large batches and freeze in small portions if you don't have much time to make food from scratch, then you can defrost by taking it out of the freezer in the morning leave it on the work top and by lunch it's defrosted enough to heat up and eat. make your own soups (you know it's not full of added sugar and other nasties then). eat lots of veg and meat, and less carbs (potatoes, rice, bread etc), you can still eat them but have a dessert spoon full of rice instead of your usual portion (if you're like me and have problems with portions, i make faar too much of everything), you can fridge anything you don't eat and have it the next day or freeze it.
also try pilates and yoga to help tone your muscles, they will use more caloriesyoutube is great for vids, my fave is blogilates, the girl that does it is quite insane (or just american
very enthusiastic about everything, not like us scots).

I think what you are doing sounds okay. Although giving yourself little treats keeps you on track, of course that treat can be a I lost 10 lbs, I am going to buy a sexy new bra!
It is going to take time and that will help you see how it is going to work.
I like that you have minis! I have an appaloosa, he is very fat. I have considered taking him on walks, like a dog, to get both of us in shape!

That sounds great. but do try to have a fun food item every once in a while otherwise you might fall off the wagen. just a thought. good luck!0

You need to track your calories and be sure to get enough of them. I'm not familiar with some of the foods you listed but it looks like you're fairly low.

Don't use "fad" diets, just make sure your calorie intake suits your activity level. Don't deprive yourself of treats, just eat smaller quantities of them or exercise to make up for the extra calories. This is a lifestyle change, not a diet!0
