Veteran Getting His Health Back

Hello all. I am a 32 year old Army Veteran. I let myself go recently and blew up around the waist and neck. I sat around alone and depressed. Angry and frustrated at my myself for what I have come to.
I decided to change all that. I am getting married soon and need to be presentable. I also want to be a veteran that people look at and say, "wow he is still in great shape!" I want to be healthy for myself and family.
I have lost a lot of weight and I am now under 200lbs!!! I am very thrilled and impressed with my determination and weight loss. I go to the gym 6 times a week unless something prevents it. I eat healthy (1,500 calorie diet as well) and only cheat on Sunday.
I am looking for any veterans male or female that want some extra push, or that will push me if I am having a bad day. Let us find battle buddies!!!
22 A DayIs Real. I tried to become one of those 22 A Day stats. Check on your fellow veteran and say hello.
Thank you all for your service!
