Hi guys!
I'm fairly new to this....but I made the best omelette the other day and had to share! Ok so it doesn't taste like a normal omelette - but it's super low in calories and fat, but doesn't taste of nothing
Obviously you can play with the toppings a bit for whatever you like but here's mine:
3 large egg whites
1 garlic cloves crushed
1/2 tsp dried oregano
30ml Skimmed Milk
----
1 large mushroom sliced (65g)
25g Soft French Goat's Cheese
20g Tomato Puree
10 sprays of fry light
Ok so mix the top 4 ingredients together then pour into a hot fry-lighted frying pan. Place the sliced mushrooms on top and leave to cook through. Then spread the tomato puree on top in blobs and pop under the grill in the pan. When it starts to puff up a bit, pop the goats cheese ontop and melt. Then spread the goats cheese around to cover it evenly. Fold in half and serve!
It's really yummy, and it's only 155 calories!!
