HIIT CARDIO DAY AFTER LEG DAY?

I know in order to grow you need to rest.
I want to incorporate HITT WORKOUTS after leg day..is that okay or would that interfere with muscle growth?

    Its ok if you can handle the pain.. I do Cardio HITT everyday 15 min after I wake up every morning at 5 am I must really hate myself..lol..

    Try it and see how you feel. Most of my workouts have a cardio interval training segment, how High Intensity it is????

    From a scale 1-5 intensity I would say 3

    I can handle it lol I just don't want it to interfere with leg n glute muscle growth.. I just did it yesterday for the first time, so am new to the HIIT cardio

    If you're only doing moderate intensity then shouldn't be a big issue
