From 250 to 200. I'm 2/3rds there. WARNING: No Shirt

WARNING - No shirt (If I did this right :happy: )

I've been working on this for about 6 months. I was 245-250 last year when the first pic was taken.

I started losing weight with Myfitnesspal iPhone app in January, with my weight at 247. First few months was dieting only. The last few months I've added quite a bit of cardio. This month I've stepped it up and even with a 2-week vacation, I've logged 12 walks for over 40 miles.

My original goal was to get to 200 and now that I've reached that, I'm shooting for 180 or whatever weight it is when the gut and love handles are mostly gone... That's 50 pounds down, 20-25 pounds to go.

    Thanks. I'll work on that. BTW that's my concentration face. Too many moving parts to take a self-pic! :laugh:

    I get that. I actually tend to have trouble smiling in mine too!
