Need to Change my lifestyle...

Hi, I am 75lbs overweight and just signed up at Planet Fitness. I am 63, have not ever been on a diet nor have I exercised on a regular basis. Over the years I have steadily gained weight and now I have some health issues,ie. high blood pressure, high cholesterol and a knee I hyper-extended. Any suggestions about how to start the weight loss journey? Which diet plans helped you get started?

    You need to hit a calorie goal appropriate for your height and weight. 3 days of cardio and 2-3 days of resistance training is best. You can do this! Feel free to add me for support!
