Yummy low calorie lunch

my friend just told me about a low cal lunch that was surprisingly delicious!

1 can of tuna (in water NOT oil)= 175 cal
2 Tbs thousand island dressing= 80 cal
5 stalks of celery= 30 cal

just mix the dressing in the tuna and scoop it onto your celery. It's very Yummy!:laugh:

    I am really liking all of those flavored Starkist Tuna Packets. Especially the Smoked and Sweet/Sour onse!

    They dont even need the oil on them.

    220 calories per package!

    It's so good! You could also use light mayo or fat free ranch in the tuna and it is amazing!:love:
