Location services not working

My iPhone does not show an option to turn on location services for MFP app. I would love for it to show up so that I can use the new restaurant location services feature. My wife's phone has no problem. What's the deal?

    Did you ever get resolution to this? We are having same issue. My iPhone shows location services but my husband's phone doesn't. We downloaded the app within 1 day of each other.

    I'm having the same issue. I just sent an email to support as well.
