Under eating, but not losing.

Not sure what's happened this year. I l9st at the start of the year, but since then, nothing.

I had a blip this last week and one of my 'unofficial' weigh ins showed a 4lb gain.

I weighed in today and still stayed the same.

I'm 18.5st and eating an average of 1700kcal per day, so the weight should be coming off.

Haven't taken any measurements, so I don't know if there are other changes.

I'm clearly doing something wrong - most likely underestimating my foods. So the next week, I'm weighing absolutely everything.

Feeling pretty down about it. But determined not to let it beat me.

    Measurements are the true way to go. You can try something new each week until you see change. Are you drinking enough water? Are you eating enough veggies and protein? Keep pushing through, many times the scale doesn't budge but my inches drop. What does your workouts look like?
