Fat burners are a scam and they don't work. You'll get rid of fat by eating less calories than you burn.

Sore muscles should be stretched properly and use alternating ice and heat to ease the soreness. Ibuprofen helps, too.

I just eat protein, so I got nothin' on that one.

I prepare my own whey protein isolate with banana and almond milk. I take it 45 minutes before my workout

Keep carbs under 100 grams\day. Protein as 25% of daily calories, the rest healthy fats.

The ones I've had success with were combined with working out and eating reasonably healthy so hard to say with the fat burners. I just added them because my liver fats were high at my physical. Losing 15 pounds from diet and exercise didn't lower the number but an additional 15 pounds with a fat burner and numbers were back to normal...
That was with Evogen Carnigen. It got good reviews on the bodybuilding.com site. The crossover from obese to overweight in the BMI department may have contributed. Don't know what the main contributor was.

For sore muscles, hot tub and/or massage have worked best for me depending on why the muscles are sore and which muscles. If neither is available, I prefer bio freeze or icy hot or the one that have capzasin (which admittedly helped knee pain once, but I woke up with my knees burning...)

Protein wise, I don't eat eggs or pork so I struggle with protein in the morning. Since I know I'm not realistically going to eat 75-100 grams of protein in one meal I find it's easier to spread out during the day and find ways to get protein in. So I was looking for protein bars, drinks, or powders to fit into my morning or as a snack. Between this site and others, I found trutein (vanilla bean) protein powder to add to my smoothies (all their flavors are good but vanilla goes with anything). Wonderslim has protein shakes I get the chocolate and chocolate mint, or the hot chocolate to add to my coffee, and some of the bars. I also like Quest bars, and Muscle Milk, the chocolate with 40 grams of protein per drink.

I understand it's not easy to be motivated. You'll see a lot of "nothing works except calorie counting and exercise" responses on here because it's the easy answer but I know it's not realistic for everyone or people just starting out to be as perfect as people on here claim to be. In my experience, on tons of diets and plans and trainers and research as an imperfect person, that I haven't found anything to work in a vacuum. There are things that work in conjunction with healthy lifestyle changes. Some things give you more energy, some curb your appetite or make you feel full, for example. I would encourage you to keep researching. While nothing will work if you eat pizza 3 times a day on the couch, some supplements will support you getting to the point where you can be getting activity in and eating healthy most of the time.

    Good luck!

    1) Don't waste your money on over the counter "fat burners", the only ones that work are illegal
    2) Rest, stretch, sauna
    3)Basic whey supplement will suffice

Fat burners are a waste of money. If they worked, no one would be fat. Make sure you stretch before and after workouts. I am a fan of Pure Protein bars and shakes, and I know a lot of people like the Quest bars.
