Hello everyone! I just opened this account, as I will be attending a military institute next year as a freshman, and I need to ramp up my fitness level so that I can survive...any tips? My biggest issues are that my family buys unhealthy food that I end up eating; I am a bored eater; I can't afford to eat fresh, organic foods; and I have a hard time motivating myself to exercise much when it is freezing out. Also, I want to lift weights/strength train, but I never feel like I have the proper form no matter how many YouTube videos I watch and I feel like an idiot who does not know what they are doing at the gym. I am in an okay place in terms of my current health, but okay isn't going to cut it if I want to prepare for next year. Any tips/motivation? Thank you!
