Just for today

Just for today I will:
1. Love this body
2. Feel good about the healthy whole foods I put into it today.

I have lost 19 pounds, 2 clothes sizes, moved from obesity range to normal range, and gotten stronger. But I'm struggling to lose the last 10 pounds-stuck since July. So I'm to try to refocus on small daily achievements and goals while my body a bit more.
