hi, i'm new here :) definitely looking for support to lose weight the health old fashioned way.

A little history, i have a high of about 188. Went through a really messy break up and some hard times and about two years later was 116. Currently it is two years later and i'm loving my life, but not the mirror at 140. I wanted to catch this before it got too out of control. Looking to lose 15lbs and change and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
