Hello just wanted to introduce my self, sorry for this being so long.I have always wanted to eat better but always put it aside or said I will start tomorrow. We'll I went to the Dr recently got on the scale and said okay I need to make a change! I am not exsesevely over weight but could stand to loose 10 to 15 pounds. So I found this app and started January 16th 2016. I thought for sure I would give in and struggle but surprisingly I have done pretty good. This has be so easy to track what I eat, just scanning the barcode cuts down on time. I have become so much more aware of how much calories are in things. I love Pepsi but after seeing there is 250 calories in a 16 Oz bottle I would rather not use my daily allowance towards that. I also have somehow stayed under on my allowance some how, I do not know how but it feels good. I hope I have made a difference, I don't have a scale so I don't know if I have lost any weight. I just hope I can stick to it, and avoid and not give in.
