Trying to chane diet

Hey all, so I'm finding it very difficult to change my eating habits. I wouldn't say I consume a lot of food but I do consume a lot of the wrong kinds of food. I rarely ever eat breakfast (trying to change this) and forget to eat lunch.
Anyone have tips or tricks for eating regularly and sticking to a change in diet?

Check out the Intermittent fasting group.
Some of them are doing 18:6 (No food for 18 hours and eat in a six hour window.)
It works for me because I do not eat when I first wake up and skip lunch too --- fits in with my natural rhythms and my work schedule.
